What we collect, and what we do with it.

What the quote builder collects

The quote builder is the only place on this site that asks for anything. When you send a brief, it collects:

• Your name and email address
• Your business name, and your Instagram handle if you give one
• Your existing website address, when you have one
• A WhatsApp number, if you choose to give one
• Your country
• Your answers to the ten quote questions, and the package the answers point to
• The time you sent it and the page you sent it from

Nothing is sent anywhere until you press Send my project brief on the final review step. Before that, your answers stay in your own browser.

Why we collect it

To answer you. The brief is read by the person who would design and build the project, and it is used to write your quote, to say what the work would involve and when it could start. It is not used for anything else, it is not sold, and it is not added to a marketing list.

How it reaches us

Your brief is validated on our server and then sent to the studio inbox as an email through Resend, an email delivery provider. Resend processes the message in order to deliver it. We do not store your brief in a separate database.

If email delivery fails, the site tells you so and offers to open your own email application with the same brief instead. It never shows a success message for something that did not send.

Cookies and measurement

The site needs no cookies to work. Two things are stored in your own browser and never leave your device: your cookie choice, and your unfinished quote answers, so that a reload does not lose them. Clearing your browser data removes both.

Optional measurement is off until you allow it. If you allow optional cookies, the site loads a privacy-focused analytics script that counts page views and records which pages lead to a project brief. It uses no advertising identifiers and does not follow you to other sites. If no analytics provider is configured for this site, allowing optional cookies loads nothing at all.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button in the footer.

Fonts

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the font files. No cookie is set for this.

How long we keep it

Briefs stay in the studio inbox while the conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so that we can pick up where a project left off. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we do.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@codedforbeauty.comus on Instagram at @codedforbeauty and we will answer within one month.

The data controller is Swepth Oy, Business ID 3619574-3. If you believe we have handled your information badly, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what we do with your information, the date at the top changes with it.
