How a project works.

What you are buying

A package, as described on the pricing section of this site, built for one business. The package you agree to sets the scope: the number of treatments, practitioners and locations, the system features included, and the number of revision rounds.

Work outside that scope is possible and is quoted separately before it starts. Nothing outside the agreed scope is added to an invoice after the fact.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in GBP. Projects outside the UK are quoted in GBP unless another currency is agreed in writing.
• Payment is split into two: 50% to begin, 50% before launch.
• There is no compulsory retainer, and no monthly fee is payable to us.
• Domain, hosting, email and payment-processing costs are paid by you directly to those providers, in your own name.

Timelines

Target delivery times are stated per package: approximately 7 to 10 working days for The Website, 10 to 14 for Website + Booking, and a custom timeline for a Clinic System.

Those targets assume content, images and answers arrive when asked for. If material is outstanding, the timeline moves by the same amount, and we tell you when that happens rather than after.

Revisions

One revision round is included with The Website and two with Website + Booking. A Clinic System is scoped with its own revision plan. A round means one consolidated set of changes, gathered and applied together.

Content you supply

You confirm that you hold the rights to the text, photographs, logos and client images you give us, including permission from any person shown in a photograph. We do not publish client before-and-after imagery without your written confirmation that consent exists for it.

Ownership and handover

On final payment, the finished website and its files are yours. The domain, hosting, payment and email accounts are set up in your name from the start, so nothing has to be transferred out of ours.

We keep the right to show the finished work in our portfolio, including screenshots of public pages. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will not.

Third-party services

Projects usually depend on services run by other companies: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, calendars and analytics. Those services have their own terms and their own uptime. We choose them carefully and configure them properly, and we cannot be responsible for their outages or their pricing changes.

What we do not claim

We build the website and the system. We do not guarantee a number of bookings, a search ranking, or a business result, and we make no medical, legal or regulatory compliance claims about your treatments or your practice. Where a project touches consent forms or health questionnaires, the wording is yours or your adviser's to approve.

Cancellation

If you stop a project after it has begun, the first 50% covers the work done to that point and is not refundable. If we cannot deliver, you get back anything paid for work not done.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law, the law of the country where Swepth Oy is registered. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you where you live.
